We are looking for a highly organized and versatile Project Technician to support both field and office operations within our home-building company. This hybrid role will provide essential support to superintendents while also contributing to office and project support functions. As a vital link between fieldwork and administrative tasks, this position offers opportunities for advancement and skill-building.


Key Responsibilities:

Superintendent Support

  • Assist with lot layout and site preparation.
  • Aid in punch assistance and final inspections to prepare homes for handover.
  • Provide warranty support as directed.
  • Conduct weekly inspections of model and spec homes, making necessary adjustments.
  • Handle watering systems, trash pickup, and minor weed control on job sites.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by superintendents.

Office/Project Support

  • Set up and manage Utour systems for prospective home tours.
  • Prepare and distribute marketing materials such as signs, flyers, and riders.
  • Perform minor drafting tasks to assist design and construction teams.
  • Maintain and repair the design center as needed.
  • Support data entry in BuilderTrend and other office tools.
  • Assist with open house events or special projects.

What We're Looking For:

  • You embrace the GSD (Get Stuff Done) mindset and tackle challenges head-on with energy and enthusiasm.
  • Capable of working independently, prioritizing tasks, and taking initiative.
  • Previous experience in construction or a related field is a plus. Office administration or project coordination experience is beneficial but not required.
  • Familiarity with project management software, spreadsheets, and construction management tools is a plus.
  • Able to work on active construction sites and lift materials up to 80 lbs.
  • Willing and able to get your hands dirty when needed, taking on both physical and administrative tasks.
  • A Valid license is required; a company vehicle will be provided.
  • Consistently delivers high standards of work with precision.
  • Able to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with field and office teams, maintaining relationships with trade partners and clients.

  • The base salary is $40,000 - $60,000, depending on experience, with additional profit-sharing opportunities. Potential total annual compensation: $90,000 - $110,000.
